We just had a massive thunderstorm last night in the Rochester/Western NY area (the thunder-wakes-you-up-at-2-in-the-morning kind of thunderstorm!).  But you know what they say...you have to get through the storm to see the rainbow!

Wednesday Wellspring: MF Crafts

Congratulations to #9, Jhitomi, for winning last week's giveaway from ChainMaille Maven!

And bubbling up from the well for this week's giveaway is MF Crafts with a fun pair of puppets of the winner's choice!

Wednesday Wellspring: Vintage White Sale

The well is overflowing with goodness this week with a team cross-over event. Marie of MF Vintage (and MF Crafts) is one of our newest members and is also a member of the Vintage Market Team. She and the vintage team are having a huge white sale from January 10th to 17th. Check out the items included in the sale in each shop - who knows, you just might find that perfect something you've always wanted.

Jack's Pick: Fingerless Gloves by MFCrafts

Each Friday I select an item created by a member of the Rochester NY Etsy Street Team (RNEST). What criteria do I use? I look for great looking items that I think are well made offered for a great price!

This week I have picked a gorgeous pair of fingerless gloves made by Marie of MFCrafts.

I like these for several reasons:
-It's cold in my neck of the woods now, and these look warm and stylish.
-I like the color combination and that they are 100% wool.
-I like the price.
-I like that I watched Marie knit these while at our RNEST meeting last Monday night.

Marie has sold lots of these in various colors. She notes in her item description that she was inspired by Twilight to make these in this color...SMART CHOICE!
